Kaka wants Madrid stay

Kaka has claimed that he intends to stay and fight for a starting place at Real Madrid.

The Brazilian playmaker failed to secure a regular berth under Jose Mourinho and had been rumoured to be on his way out of Santiago Bernabeu.

But the 31-year-old has insisted that he hopes to talk with new boss Carlo Ancelotti and 'exchange ideas'.

“I have a contract with Real Madrid,” he told reporters in China. “There is a new Coach, and one he has started his work, we will meet and exchange ideas.

“But my intention is to continue at Real Madrid.”
