Arsenal chase Real Madrid midfield star following international switch

Arsenal are reportedly planning a bold summer move for Real Madrid star Brahim Diaz.

The Gunners are expected to strengthen again ahead of the 2024/25 season with Mikel Arteta’s side set for another UEFA Champions League campaign.

Midfield is an area of concern for Arteta as he remains uncertain over his best combination in the Emirates Stadium engine room.

Diaz has found himself at the centre of focus in Spanish football this week following his confirmed international switch to Morocco.

Despite impressing on his return to Madrid this summer, Diaz remains on the fringes of a starting place, and Arsenal could tempt Los Blancos with a £60m offer.
