Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann has poured cold water on reports linking him to Barcelona: “That information is not good.”
The Frenchman continued his recent run of good form by netting in Sunday’s draw at Real Madrid for Los Rojiblancos, while he has been linked with a summer move away from the club.
“That information is not good,” Griezmann told Telefoot, when asked about speculation linking him to Barcelona.
“Last summer I did not express myself well when speaking (about links to Manchester United) and those were mistakes I must accept and own up to.
“Since (the turn of the year) I have come back stronger both physically and mentally…now I feel fresher and I want to continue the form I have shown since January.”
