Outgoing Celta Vigo boss Eduardo Berizzo will reportedly be confirmed as Sevilla’s new Coach next week after both parties reached an agreement.
According to AS, a deal for Berizzo to succeed Jorge Sampaoli is “complete” following a successful meeting with Sevilla’s new sporting director, Oscar Arias.
The 46-year-old has spent three years at Celta, guiding the Galicians to their first-ever European semi-final last season, but is due to leave once his contract expires on June 30
Sampaoli has not officially departed the Andalusians yet, but his appointment by Argentina appears imminent.
