Real Sociedad midfielder Xabi Prieto has insisted that his side will not get carried away, despite being only two points behind fourth place.
The Erreala have been in exceptional form this season, winning 11 of their 25 League games, and sitting just behind Malaga in the last Champions League place.
But the 29-year-old has claimed that they will take each game as it comes, starting on Sunday against Real Betis.
“Our only goal is to continue playing as we have been,” he told reporters. “We all know that we've had a good season so far, but we have to continue [collecting points].
“Betis are a direct rival of ours, so it's important to win. They will not give up on their style of football – they are like us in that respect.
“But we will attack and look for three points.”
