La Liga Line Ups: Valencia v Real Madrid

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane makes sweeping changes to his starting line up for their crunch La Liga trip to Valencia.

Zidane opted to rest most of his first team starters for their midweek Champions League clash with Club Brugge, with qualification for the last 16 already assured, and he has now recalled them for the battle with Los Che.

Only Raphael Varane, Luka Modric and Rodrygo Goes remain from the 3-1 win in Belgium, with Casemiro on the bench, as Zidane looks to protect him from a suspension that would rule him out of next week's El Clasico.

Thibaut Courtois, Dani Carvajal, Sergio Ramos, Nacho Fernandez, Toni Kroos, Federico Valverde, Karim Benzema and Isco all come into the starting XI.

Valencia secured their place in the Champions League last 16, with a 1-0 victory at Ajax, and manager Albert Celades also makes changes to his side.

Ezequiel Garay replaces Mouctar Diakhaby in defence, with Jaume Costa in for the injured Kevin Gameiro in a reshuffled tactical approach for the hosts.
