Malcom ‘asks for January Barcelona exit’

Barcelona forward Malcom has told the club he wants to leave in January unless he is afforded more game time, say reports in Spain.

El Mundo Deportivo say the 21-year-old – who has yet to start for the Catalan giants since his €41m move from Bordeaux this summer – is now keen on an exit.

The Brazilian has only made two appearances off the bench for Barcelona playing a total of 25 minutes and has since been linked to Arsenal, Tottenham and Inter.

Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Philippe Coutinho and Ousmane Dembele are among the attacking talents who Malcom is behind in Ernesto Valverde’s pecking order.
