No Malcom again for Barcelona against Sevilla

Malcom has again been left out of Barcelona’s squad for their top-of-the-table clash with Sevilla on Saturday.

Malcom has played just 25 minutes of first-team football for Barca since his €41m arrival from Bordeaux over the summer, and the Brazilian forward has already been linked with moves away from Camp Nou.

However, Sergi Roberto returns after a month out with a thigh injury, leaving Samuel Umtiti and Thomas Vermaelen as the Catalans’ only absentees.

Replacing the two defenders is youth product Chumi, who is promoted from Barca B and has completed seven of their eight League games this season.

Sevilla can also move top of La Liga with a win, and they have Gabriel Mercado back in defence, the Argentina having missed almost two months of action with an arm problem.

On the other hand, Maxime Gonalons and Ibrahim Amadou are still out, while Sergio Escudero has a stomach bug.

The match kicks off at 19:45 BST – and you can follow it LIVE on Football Espana!

Barca squad: Ter Stegen, Cillessen; Semedo, Pique, Rakitic, Busquets, Coutinho, Arthur, Suarez, Messi, Dembele, Rafinha, Lenglet, Alba, Munir, Sergi Roberto, Arturo Vidal, Chumi

Sevilla squad: Vaclik, Juan Soriano; Mercado, Sergi Gomez, Kjaer, Carrico, Mesa, Banega, Aleix Vidal, Jesus Navas, Arana, Sarabia, Franco Vazquez; Promes, Nolito, Ben Yedder, Muriel, Andre Silva
