La Liga Preview: Sevilla-Getafe

Sevilla will have home advantage on Sunday, but they face a Getafe side who have not lost since the opening day.

Sevilla boss Pablo Machin on facing a ‘Bordalas’ team: “There are no easy matches, neither are games won by badges.

“We have to put ourselves at the level of our opponents at the very least and then have more success than them.

“Getafe are one of the most difficult teams to beat. Sevilla were fighting with them for European qualification over 38 games. I know Bordalas teams perfectly.”

Getafe boss Jose Bordalas on whether he would take a draw: “I’m not someone who settles for a point.

“I try to instil a work ethic in my players, always with the utmost respect and aware of the difficulties they face.

“Sevilla need the points and will work hard for the win. I’m not thinking about what happened before.”
