Philippe Coutinho comes into Barcelona's XI for their trip to newly-promoted Real Valladolid, who hand a debut to Enes Unal.
Coutinho replaces Sergi Roberto in Barca's midfield, although the youth product stays in the side, taking over right-back duties at the expense of Nelson Semedo.
However, Jasper Cillessen, Denis Suarez, Sergi Samper and Carles Alena are all sidelined through injury, while Rafinha and Paco Alcacer – targets for Real Betis and Borussia Dortmund – have been left out.
As for Valladolid, Enes leads their attack with a point to prove after scoring only five goals for Villarreal last season.
The Catalans have won nine of their previous 11 meetings with the Pucela but lost 1-0 the last time they travelled to Jose Zorrilla in March 2014.
