Ivan Rakitic has appeared to rule out a summer exit from Barcelona by writing ‘Forca Barca’ on his social media accounts.
Rakitic was the most used player last season by Barca boss Ernesto Valverde and since his arrival at the club from Sevilla in June 2014 has been a fixture in the starting line-up.
El Mundo Deportivo had previously reported the Croatian’s impressive World Cup elevated him onto Paris Saint Germain’s radar and they viewed his €125m release clause as affordable.
Earlier this month, the same newspaper reported both PSG and Monaco were interested in the former Sevilla midfielder and were weighing up offers.
However, this latest post appears to reaffirm the 30-year-old’s commitment to the Blaugrana with the Croatian’s deal at the Camp Nou running through until 2021.
