Barcelona will contest their first-ever Catalan derby against Girona at Camp Nou without Yerry Mina, Paco Alcacer, Denis Suarez and Andre Gomes.
Barca’s official website notes the quartet have been dropped on technical grounds, but Thomas Vermaelen is back in the squad after recovering from a muscle problem.
Also called up for the visit of Girona is Sergi Roberto, just two days after signing a new contract with the Blaugrana.
Marca expects big-money pair Ousmane Dembele and Philippe Coutinho to start against the new boys, who lost 3-0 to Barca back in September and are flying high in eighth, having lost just once of their last six games.
