Nani wants Valencia stay

Valencia winger Nani has reiterated his desire to stay at the club despite being linked with a move away from the Mestalla this summer.

The Portugal international has netted 4 goals in 20 La Liga starts for Los Che in a campaign which has lacked stability, with three permanent managers and struggling in the lower half of the table.

"My idea is to stay here. I want to continue, I have a contract with Valencia,” Nani told Radio Marca.

"I knew when I came here that I was joining a big club, and I still believe that to be the case.

"I feel good and I'm eager to do well. I have worked hard to return to playing.

"There are two games left and I want to leave a good image at the end of the season and think about next year in the best possible way.

"I'm looking forward to experiencing that Valencia side I was accustomed to seeing when I was at Manchester.

"I want to score goals, enjoy football at Valencia and win more games. We have to play at a higher level and something has to change next season.”
