Line-ups: Alaves-Madrid

BBC are back in business for Real Madrid against Alaves in La Liga this afternoon as Marcos Llorente is unable to face his parent club.

Zinedine Zidane makes seven changes to the Madrid side that thrashed Cultural Leonesa 7-1 in the Copa del Rey midweek, beginning with Keylor Navas’ return in goal.

In defence come Marcelo and Raphael Varane, Dani Carvajal dropping out due to suspension, while Mateo Kovacic is preferred to James Rodriguez in the middle of the park.

Gareth Bale, Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo are also back to lead the line, however Los Blancos remain without injured trio Sergio Ramos, Casemiro and Luka Modric.

For Alaves, there are returns to the Santiago Bernabeu for goalkeeper Fernando Pacheco and right wingback Kiko Femenia, although loanee Llorente is ineligible.

The new boys famously stunned Barcelona earlier in the season, winning 2-1 in Catalonia, with their last victory over Madrid coming in May 2000.
