Former Milan and Schalke midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng is close to signing for Las Palmas, it has been reported.
AS says talks between the island club and Boateng’s agent, Federico Pastorello, are at an advanced stage, with small economic details to be finalised between the parties.
Boateng is a free agent after the end of his second spell at San Siro, returning to Serie A in January 2016 following an unhappy time in Germany.
He started at Hertha Berlin before a move to Tottenham Hotspur, and has also represented Borussia Dortmund and Portsmouth.
Boateng, 29, is also a Ghana international and the half-brother of Bayern Munich defender Jerome.
