Line-ups: Czech Rep-Croatia

Ivan Rakitic and Luka Modric will be looking to orchestrate another Euro 2016 win for Croatia this evening against Czech Republic as a last-16 place beckons.

Croatia are unchanged from the team that beat Turkey 1-0, with Darijo Srna named at right-back, just a few days after the passing of his father, and Vedran Corluka in the middle of defence, despite taking a gash to his head against the Crescent-Stars.

Czech Republic, on the other hand, bring in Jiri Skalak and David Lafata for Theodor Gebre Selassie and Tomas Necid, their Coach Pavel Vrba banking on the pair to provide the attacking guile needed to avenge last week’s 1-0 defeat to Spain.

Czech Republic: Cech; Kaderabek, Hubnik, Sivok, Limbersky; Plasil, Darida; Skalak, Rosicky, Krejci; Lafata

Croatia: Subasic; Srna, Corluka, Vida, Strinic; Badelj, Modric; Brozovic, Rakitic, Perisic; Mandzukic

Referee: Clattenburg [ENG]
