Atletico Madrid have reportedly beaten competition from across Europe to clinch the signing of Pacos Ferreira’s Diogo Jota.
AS cites sources in Portugal that say the 19-year-old has signed a five-year contract at Vicente Calderon and had also attracted interest from Benfica.
Other suitors nor the terms of the deal aren’t revealed and the signing hasn’t been made official yet, but Pacos Ferreira will reportedly retain a percentage of the rights of the attacking midfielder.
