Bakkali: Valencia are united

Zakaria Bakkali has asserted that Valencia are collectively on the same page ahead of Friday’s crunch La Liga meeting with Granada.

Los Che have come under scrutiny for their poor start to the season, with Nuno Santo’s position as Coach reportedly on the line if he cannot mastermind a win against the Andalucians.

“It’s a very important game, we’re training well and all focused on winning. The only objective is to win the game,” he told VCFPlay.

“It’s important that the fans are with us as it’s easier to win when they’re with us, and I hope they’ll be behind us, like they’ve always been.

“I expect the team to give their all, as they did in their last game. I do so in every game.

“I have a lot to improve on as I’m only 19 year old, but I’m working hard in training and every game.

“I’m still not a complete player. You can’t be at 19, but I hope to be one in the future.

“The most important thing isn’t any of the players, including myself, but the team.

“If we all have a good game, the better. We’re all as one. We’re a team.”
