Italian club Genoa have confirmed that Sevilla’s Diogo Figueiras has joined them on a season-long loan deal.
The 24-year-old has been at the Rojiblancos since 2013 but will now head to Liguria after passing a medical.
Thought the deal is only temporary at this stage, it is reported that Genoa will have the option to sign the full-back on a permanent basis for €3.5m next summer.
