English clubs on Munir trail?

West Ham and Swansea are amongst the clubs interested in loaning Barcelona starlet Munir El Haddadi this winter, reports AS.

Despite starting seven of La Blaugrana's first eight matches in La Liga, the 19-year-old attacker has failed to feature in four of his side's last five League matches.

Consequently, the Spanish newspaper claims that the Premier League pair will look to take advantage of Munir's situation by making advances in January, although the Catalan giants are expected to veto any move.

Meanwhile, Napoli are believed to retain a keen interest in Javier Mascherano after failing to secure his signature in the summer.

AS suggest that the Partenopei will go back in for the midfielder once the transfer window reopens next month, along with Paris Saint-Germain's Ezequiel Lavezzi.

Barca are also closing in on Santos wonderkid Gabriel Barbosa, according to Fichajes.net.

Luis Enrique's side hold a first option on three of the Brazilian club’s young prospects, including the 18-year-old who has been hailed by many as 'the new Neymar’.
