Ernesto Valverde is under no illusions regarding Athletic Bilbao’s form and says Los Leones must beat Almeria.
Athletic haven’t won since August 30 and have only five points from their opening eight League games.
They travel to Almeria on Saturday and Valverde, speaking at his pre-match Press conference, acknowledged that results have to improve.
“We have a tremendous obligation,” he said, AS reports.
“I have no doubt we must go for the game from the first minute.
“Except at Camp Nou and Santiago Bernabeu we’ve had a chance of winning every game. The frustration comes when you don’t get into a game and it’s hard to get results.
“But when you play well, you’re close to winning and you have to be sure that path will lead to victory.
“We’re in that situation. We have to change some things, but we’re on it.”
