Barcelona face Huesca and Real Madrid meet Cornella as the Primera sides enter the Copa Del Rey.
Madrid, the holders, meet the Catalan minnows on October 29 and December 3 due to their involvement in the Club World Cup.
Every other tie will be played on December 3 and December 17.
Should Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid come through their early ties, they will meet in the next stage.
