Racing Santander and Real Murcia are waiting on an LFP decision to discover if they will be relegated before the start of the season.
Sport reports that both clubs have handed to the LFP the required documents that confirm they conform with the League’s financial regulations to play in the Segunda.
The League’s licensing committee will now examine the paperwork and an announcement will be made next week, on August 7.
Racing insist they are in-line with the requirements while Murcia say they have reached an agreement with their players over unpaid wages.
