Buonanotte wants Granada exit

Diego Buonanotte is eager to quit Granada this summer and would like to move to either Mexico or Argentina.

The Argentine moved to Granada in January 2013 after falling out of favour at Malaga. But he has told Radio America that he sees his future elsewhere.

“I want to go out and find somewhere else,” Marca reports Buonanotte as saying. “I want to play, feel important at a club that wants me and be in a place where I can do better.”

Marca add that Santos Laguna of Mexico and Racing Club of Argentina have expressed an interest in the former River Plate man and Buonanotte is aware of both offers.

“I know there are things said of Mexico, Argentina and Europe. My agent is waiting and we’ll see what happens,” he continued.

Neither of the two named teams are looking to pay the kind of money Granada would want for the 26-year-old, nor meet Buonanotte’s wage demands.
