Andoni Zubizarreta has called for Barcelona to put the Copa del Rey defeat against Real Madrid behind them and push forward in the League.
Barca were beaten by goals from Angel Di Maria and Gareth Bale, with Marc Bartra netting for the Catalans.
Marca reports Zubi saying after the match that the focus must switch now to the League, where Barca are third, four points behind leaders Atletico Madrid.
“We’ve got the League left now and we will chase our options until the last minute of the last game,” the sporting director insisted.
“[The Cup final] started badly for us with a goal at the beginning but we pushed on and got a draw.
“Madrid then had an opportunity that they scored from and we had one that hit the post.
“Today is a day to mourn this loss but tomorrow it’s back to the other competition.”
