Sevilla will play Porto and Valencia meet Basel in the quarter finals of the Europa League.
The Spanish sides avoided each other but will both be away from home in the first leg, which both take place on April 3 with the return leg a week later.
Sevilla beat local rivals Real Betis on penalties after a 2-2 draw in their last European tie while Valencia dispatched Bulgarian outfit Ludogorets 4-0 on aggregate.
The rest of the draw sees AZ Alkmaar play Benfica and Lyon meet Juventus, at whose stadium the final will be played.
