Tata Martino has insisted that his Barcelona side will continue to fight for the League, despite losing at Real Valladolid this afternoon.
The Blaugrana lost their second successive away match today, as Fausto Rossi’ early strike was enough to condemn the Catalans to another defeat.
But whilst mathematics dictate, the tactician has claimed his men will fight for the title.
“Whilst we still have a chance mathematically, we will keep fighting for the title,” he told reporters.
“We struggled with our mobility, especially in the final 20 metres of the pitch.
“We couldn’t find the space. We had a lot of the ball, but lacked any depth.
“It is clear from today that we are not at our best. And we need to be at our best against Real Madrid.”
