Caparros: Keepers played their part

Levante boss Joaquin Caparros thought both goalkeepers played their part as his side drew 1-1 with Barcelona.

Granotes shot-stopper Keylor Navas came in for praise after the Valencian outfit claimed a point at home to the Blaugrana.

But the Coach was quick to praise Victor Valdes as well for his performance.

“I am very happy with the way we approached the match,” he told a Press conference. “To have done that against Barcelona, and score, is great.

“Keylor did well, but so did Valdes – three or four times he was decisive for them.

“The first time we played them, it was almost like a tribute to Neymar [who made his League debut].

“But you could see here that we’ve changed since then – it hasn’t taken one or two days, but four months.

“I’m sure we can play better than this – but against Barca you have to follow a script.”
