Joaquin Caparros conceded that his Levante team were outplayed as they lost 2-0 to Valencia on Saturday.
Goals from Pablo Piatti and Sofiane Feghouli gave Los Che all three points in the Valencian derby, and the Granotes Coach has admitted that Los Che were the better team.
“I thought we started quite well,” he told a Press conference. “We knew that Valencia would be highly motivated with a new Coach coming in.
“I didn’t think we were too bad in the first half, but an error cost us a goal.
“In the second half we weren’t ourselves. When the opposition always has the ball, it’s going to be difficult.
“We tried to change things up, but it wasn’t to be.”
