Andres Fernandez has surmised that Osasuna are capable of defeating Real Madrid this weekend in La Liga.
Los Rojillos play host to an in-form Blancos on Saturday afternoon, but one that in their last five visits to El Sadar, have only won the once.
“It is a different week, because this game has the added attraction of being against one of the best teams in the world and it is one of those games that you dream of,” goalkeeper Andres has mused in anticipation of the match.
“However, the points remain the same in every game. This is a match that will require very much collectively and individually, but we can beat Madrid.
“For that, we will have to be very focused knowing that any mistake can cost us dearly. At home with our fans and on our field, we have to give everything to make it very difficult.
“Madrid always have to suffer here. For El Sadar, for our fans, for the cold, it can all come together.
“It’s a small pitch that is difficult to play on and of course, our primary asset is the fans, who can tighten the pitch even more.
“We do not need to ask the fans for any more, but I hope that we can have them enjoy the game and that we can encourage them further.”
