Francisco admitted that his Almeria team were ‘not up to par’ in the second half of their game against Celta Vigo.
The promoted team went down 3-1 to the Celestes on Saturday evening, and the Coach has claimed that his men just weren’t up to scratch.
“After the break we were not up to par,” he told a press conference. “At 2-1 down he had a good chance to get back in the game, but couldn’t take it.
“It’s a shame because this was a game against a direct rival.
“We know we’re going to be near the relegation places until the end of the season, and we have to learn to live with that.”
