Francisco praised his Almeria side after they beat Osasuna 1-0 on Friday night to claim their third win in a row.
Rodri netted in the first half to give the promoted side yet another three points, after winning in Pamplona.
“We have worked hard for this,” he told reporters. “We have been humble – all the players are committed to the cause.
“It was necessary for us to have some defence balance. We got that, and we created some opportunities.
“These were three important points.
“You have to suffer a lot to win in this League, and that’s what we’ve done.”
