Diego Simeone has praised his Atletico Madrid team’s hard work as they look to maintain their 100 per cent start in the Champions League.
The Rojiblancos play Austria Vienna at Vicente Calderon on Wednesday, and the Argentine Coach has commended his men for their record-breaking start.
“We are making every effort to be competitive in everything we play in and that is down to the work every day,” he told a Press conference.
“Vienna are a team that is working well. We were fortunate to make a very strong start to the match in Austria, but we know the team we have in front of us.
“Atletico Madrid are being recognised throughout Europe. I am part of the club and that makes me happy.
“We know that without hard work and team play, we cannot continue like this.”
