Real Valladolid boss Juan Ignacio Martinez was left with mixed feelings after the 2-2 draw with Malaga on Friday.
The Pucela came from 1-0 to lead the Andalusian side, but only came away with a point thanks to a late Bartolmeij Pawlowski goal.
“Our first 15 minutes were the best of the season,” he told a Press conference. “We did really weel and then slipped up.
“It was a difficult game for us, but we missed the chance to win.
“Malaga are a talented side, but before the game we thought we could win, so it’s a bit disappointing to put in all that effort and not claim the three points.”
