Juan Ignacio Martinez has warned his Real Valladolid players against complacency when they play Elche on Monday.
The Pucela have had a mixed start to the campaign with one win and two losses so far, and travel to the newly-promoted side in two days’ time with confidence, according to their Coach.
“It has been a long break,” he told a Press conference. “But after a win it’s not so bad.
“I’m sure Elche will want to get their first win, especially at home, and that will put some pressure on us.
“They execute their set-pieces very well, but also go out with a philosophy to play nice football.
“But we have some good characteristics, so it should be a nice game.”
