Reports in the British Press have insisted that Gareth Bale will finally be confirmed as a Real Madrid player later on Sunday.
Several newspapers, as well as Sky Sports, have claimed that the Spurs winger will join Los Blancos later this evening with a deal between the two clubs agreed.
It has been one of the most protracted transfer deals of the summer, but it seems that the Wales international will sign for the Santiago Bernabeu side.
Details vary about the move, with Spanish media outlets claiming it to be worth €91m, whilst in Britain the deal is apparently closer to €101m.
There is a consensus though in the length of the contract, which is reported at six years, worth €7m per season.
