Real Madrid have today been handed a boost with the return of Asier Illarramendi to full training at the club.
The summer signing from Real Sociedad has endured a disrupted preseason and beginning to the League having suffered with muscle overload, thought to have been accentuated through stress.
On from returning to the training pitch at the weekend, the youngster today took part in the full training routine at Valdebebas.
Carlo Ancelotti commented recently that he sees Illarramendi as fit enough to return by the end of the September international break coming up.
Meanwhile, Sami Khedira continued his recovery from a knee injury by working on the sidelines, whilst players involved in Monday night’s win at Granada went through a lighter routine as well.
