Levante have confirmed Remi Gomis’s free transfer and are expected to also formalise Baba Diawara’s move shortly.
Diawara was at Levante’s training facilities on Monday to undergo medical examinations after agreeing to a loan switch from Sevilla.
Having passed those tests, the forward is expected to be confirmed by Los Granotes in the coming hours.
Meanwhile, Joaquin Caparros’ outfit have confirmed the signing of midfielder Gomis, who is expected to act as Vicente Iborra’s primary replacement in the team.
The 29-year-old, who has flown into Valencia this afternoon, has been signed to a two-year contract, joining on a free transfer.
French born Senegal international Gomis has spent the last four seasons in Ligue 1 with Valenciennes.
