Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas has criticised Carlo Ancelotti over his pursuit of Gareth Bale this summer.
Real Madrid have made public their attempts to sign the Wales international over recent months, and the Portuguese Coach believes that the Italian tactician has gone about business in the wrong way.
“The Madrid Coach should not have made public his attempts to sign Gareth,” he told reporters.
“Bale is not for sale.
“That’s what I believe. That’s my opinion.
“Carlo is a very important person and someone that I have great respect for, but in situations like this you have to be careful.
“I’ve seen many people talk about a player that is not theirs, and we deserve respect.”
