Carlos Bacca enthused at his debut strike for Sevilla and commented on the desire to follow it up with ‘many’ more this term.
The Colombian summer signing netted Los Nervionenses’ first goal of the 2013-14 season in their 3-0 win over Mladost on Thursday evening.
Setting the side on their way to a comfortable advantage in this Europa League third qualifying round tie, the 26-year-old was left satisfied.
“I hope that God will help so that this goal can be the first of many to come for Sevilla,” Bacca reflected post-match.
“I will always give my best for this shirt.
“The most important thing is that we have achieved our goal, we have won the game 3-0, we have played well and are gradually finding the identity of how we want to play.
“I am working well with my teammates.”
