Caparros trusts Levante imagination

Joaquin Caparros is relaxed about Levante’s work in the transfer market and commented that they have ‘imagination where others have money’.

So far this summer, Los Granotes have brought in six new faces to the squad including Andreas Ivanschitz and Jordi Xumetra.

“I’m happy with what we have and, whilst I know that we need to bring in someone else, there is plenty of time for our sporting direction to be taken,” explained Caparros to reporters today.

“The important thing is to find people that are available on a free and who fit our profile. We have to be calm because this club knows how to work very well in the current market.

“With money it is very easy to make a team, whilst here, the less noise made the better. With imagination, we have what others have with money.

“I am very happy with the willingness of the current group to work, of course, they want to please their new Coach.

“Now let’s move to the second phase of the preseason, in which we will work more specifically and in which there will be games.”
