Betis secure Sara loan

Real Betis have reportedly signed their second goalkeeper of the season, picking up Guillermo Sara from Atletico Rafaela on an initial season-long loan deal.

On from losing Adrian on a free transfer to West Ham United at the end of the season, Los Beticos brought in Stephan Anderson from Evian, but were soon reported as keen to further strengthen with a move for Sara too.

This has now reportedly been finalised, with Betis agreeing to pay an initial sum of €250,000 to Atletico Rafaela to take the player on loan for 2013-14.

Pepe Mel’s side are understood to also have a purchase option included in the deal to make permament the 25-year-old’s move for a further €1m.
