Real Sociedad centre-back Ion Ansotegi has refused to comment on Asier Illaramendi's imminent move to Real Madrid.
The young midfielder looks to be on the verge of moving to Los Blancos for a fee of €30m.
The 30-year-old defender though, has claimed that, for the moment, the Spain U21 international is a La Real player.
“We have to ignore all the talk,” he told reporters. “One moment he is here, and the next he's not.
“Until it's been confirmed it makes no sense to discuss it.
“So far, all I know is that Asier is a Real Sociedad player.”
