Jose Luis Mendilibar has thanked the Osasuna fans after they defeated Sevilla 2-1 on Sunday evening.
The Rojillos defeated the Andalusian side to guarantee their League status for another season, and the Coach has admitted that the supporters played a huge part.
“I want to thank the fans,” he told a Press conference. “Being in this division is always our objective, and we can enjoy it for another year.
“I knew it would not be easy against Sevilla, but we did it.
“We raised our game when we needed to, and I'm delighted.”
