Marcelo Bielsa has claimed that his Athletic Bilbao side were not under any more pressure playing their last match at San Mames.
Los Leones went down 1-0 to Levante, bidding an unfitting farewell to the historic stadium.
But the Argentine Coach has insisted that that was not the reason they lost the game.
“The fact that it was the last official match here cannot be seen as an obstacle for us,” he told a Press conference.
“The farewell to San Mames was in no way pressing on the players' minds.
“We did well in possession, but in favourable positions failed to make it count.”
