Marcelo Bielsa has revealed that Athletic Bilbao are yet to contact him regarding an extension to his current deal.
The Argentine Coach's contract ends this summer, but the tactician has admitted that Los Leones haven't sounded him out for an extended stay.
“The club have not been on contact with me,” he told a Press conference. “But that questions is one you should be asking the club.
“Do not ask me about this issue any more. I do not want to talk about that topic.
“I'm not answering those questions any more.
“I have said all I have to stay.”
The 57-year-old then commented on the last game at the historic San Mames stadium this Sunday against Levante.
“I have enjoyed this stage over the last two years. I've always felt that this stadium gives you a helping hand.
“It is not the stadium itself that holds the atmosphere though, it's who occupies it.
“The architecture is historic, but the same effect can be generated at the new stadium.”
