Espanyol boss Javier Aguirre has said that he doesn't need to motivate his players ahead of their game against Barcelona.

But the Mexican Coach has claimed that Tito Vilanova's men will still want to win.
“There is no need for me to motivate the players,” he told a Press conference. “I have not really spoken to the players this week.
“They know that we have two more important games.
“We all know the magnitude of the opponent and how important a win would be for our fans.
“When I got here, everyone told me we had to beat Barcelona.
“They are the enemy, although that word is inappropriate in the world of football.”
