Ricardo Costa has commented on how Valencia are giving everything in their ‘all or nothing fight for the Champions League’.
Los Che head into the final three League games of the season level on points with Real Sociedad in the battle for the fourth and final Champions League qualification berth.
“The team is giving everything to achieve our goal, we are taking it as an all or nothing fight for the Champions League,” centre-back Costa told his club’s official website this week.
“Now we must forget the win against Rayo Vallecano and we have to think towards beating Getafe.
“It is important that the fans are behind us as together we are strong.
“In Vallecas the fans helped us a lot. When you are warming up for the game and you see the fans cheering, you are very excited.
“Life under Valverde? We are very well, the team is more compact when attacking and defending.
“That allows us to create more chances as well as allow fewer to our opponents.”
