Valencia defender Joao Pereira has admitted that he does not know what the future holds for Coach Ernesto Valverde.
The tactician was drafted in before Christmas to replace Mauricio Pellegrino and has since guided Los Che to fifth in the table. However, his short-term deal at the club ends on June 30,
But the full-back has claimed that the team are focused entirely on beating Real Sociedad to the last remaining Champions League place.
“What I know is that the Coach is preparing to win the four games we have left,” he told reporters.
“We are calm. Our life is to play football, and that's what we have to do.
“We just want to be in the Champions League.
“The team, and the Coach, will fight to the death.”
