Marcelo Bielsa has criticised his Athletic Bilbao side, claiming they have 'not been at the level' this season.
Los Leones have endured a torrid time this term, going out of the Copa del Rey and Europa League in the early stages, as well as a current placing of 14th in La Liga.
And the Argentine Coach has claimed that they will look to end the campaign on a brighter note, starting on Monday against Sevilla.
“We have not been at the level,” he told a Press conference. “The possibilities imagined [at the start of the campaign] were those of last season.
“And we haven't succeeded.
“We want to play well and win against a direct rival – something that we have failed to do this season.
“If we win we go level with them in the standings, and that's what we want.”
